Note: Well, I’ve been trying to write a lyric for Tifa’s theme for a while. I probably have more than five version in my laptop, but none to them is suitable enough. But this one is different. I actually… like it! And it portrays Tifa almost perfectly. Well, my only regret is not to able to squeeze in some of her friendship with Aerith. I just can’t find the right verse.
1. I sit on the dining table becasue YOU said that dinner is family time!!!! I appreciate what you said but you don’t appreciate what I’ve done. No… you just can’t see it at all.
2. I’m sorry I did not turned out the way you expected me to become. I’m sorry I can’t be a better person. Whatever you try to do to me, it’s already too late for me. I can’t change for what I have become. I’m sorry you have to be disappointed in me. But what you have said really hurt me and it made me so sad.
3. I really did what you told me, maybe not as much as you would have like. and maybe I did not do it right in front of you (must I do it in front of you?). I’m sorry you can’t see it all. I’m sorry that I don’t want you to see it. I’m sorry that you don’t trust me. I’m sorry that you always find fault in everything I did. I’m sorry I’m not perfect. I’m sorry that I acted like a trash. I feel like a trash. Congratulations for making me feel that way. I’m sorry it’s hard for me to think why I should love you. I can’t see it right now. I’m so sick of all this. I don’t know how to act anymore. I think that, when it’s time for me to get out of all this, I’ll be relieved. But I can’t… I an happy with my life too much. The problem is: you’re not.
